Here's what a typical Range Waiver includes:
- Assumption of Risk: Acknowledges that shooting activities carry inherent risks.
- Release of Liability: Waives the participant’s right to sue the range or instructors for injuries or damages.
- Safety Rules Agreement: Confirms that the participant will follow all posted safety rules and instructor commands.
- Age & Legal Compliance: Verifies that the participant is of legal age and lawfully allowed to handle firearms.
- Medical Disclosure: Gives emergency contact info and notes any medical conditions that may affect safety.
